Central Park in the evening is a completely different experience — quieter, moodier, and far more cinematic than during the day. The Bethesda Arcade becomes almost gothic in low light. Bow Bridge reflects the last colour from the sky. The Mall at night, with its rows of lamp posts glowing through the tree canopy, looks like something from another century.
